Daniella Roze des Ordons
I am a post-doctoral fellow, educator, and Registered Clinical Counsellor committed to research that fosters more connected, equitable, and flourishing communities. I am passionate about community research that enhances capacity, responds to community priorities, and strengthens relationships between people, place, and the land. With a PhD in Education from Simon Fraser University, my research focused on land-based education and wellness programs, pedagogies, and practice that contribute to eco-social justice and collective wellness. I grew up as a settler of French and Polish ancestry on Syilx territory and have lived and worked on Lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ territories for over 10 years.
